How long do we retain your information and how to delete Content.
Step #1: You can log in [https://connect.localsocialpro.com/index.php] to your LSP Connect with your current username and password.
Step #2: You will be redirected to your profile [https://connect.localsocialpro.com/profile/dashboard.php]. Under Connections, you can click Calendar and then Overview [https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/index.php].
Step #3: The Overview section will show your upcoming [https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/upcoming.php] and past posts[https://connect.localsocialpro.com/calendar/past.php]. You can click ‘Delete’ to remove posts from your connect, and linked social media pages.
In social media outlets, we will be unable to delete posts if a Facebook token or any other social media network has expired or our application has been disconnected to the given social media account. Therefore, Content must be deleted from the specified external website, e.g. Facebook.com. For your reference, Facebook has provided step-by-step instructions on how to delete Content directly on Facebook.
